Mill Creek City Council will hold a Special Council Meeting in order to participate in a presentation and discussion about the final draft version of the City’s Strategic Plan.
The meeting may include substantive discussions on the Council’s planned strategic visioning and long term planning direction for Mill Creek. This will include, but is not limited to, identifying reviewing, evaluating and deliberations concerning current and future needs and planning requirements for City facilities, zoning, capital and operational needs, revenue sources and expenditure levels, economic development opportunities, comprehensive planning, roads and public infrastructure, recreation and park needs, resident interests and the continuing scope and timing of the strategic planning process.
The Council may take action by motion on any aspect of the foregoing, including related matters as may arise within the context of the strategic planning process.
