A new traffic light is being installed at the intersection of Seattle Hill Road and Mill Creek Road. Construction began March 16th.
Construction will last approximately two months, and the new signal will be operational by May 21st. Lane closures can be expected during the day on Seattle Hill Road during non-peak commuting hours.
UPDATE 4/3/09 - The contractor has completed most of the underground conduit installation for the new traffic signal. Due to a utility conflict that needed to be resolved and equipment breakdown, the concrete foundations for the signal poles will be installed during the week of March 6.
