Mill Creek’s Arts and Beautification Board has selected its top gardens for 2008.
Each year members of the Board tour the City and take note of those residents who have put exceptional time and effort into the beautification of their property. The Great Garden Award program gives awards across the City to 12 deserving gardeners.
Boardmembers toured the City and took pictures of noteworthy properties and then the whole Board used those pictures to vote to determine the year’s winners of the Great Garden Award.
Each winner receives a keepsake and a yard sign placed in their yard for the month of August. Winners will also be recognized by the City Council at the September 9, 2008 Regular Council Meeting.
