This week the contractor continued to pour new concrete curb on both sides of the road, as well as new porous sidewalk on the east side.
The surface texture of the new sidewalk is different than normal concrete to allow water to flow through, but is still a walkable, relatively smooth surface.
Construction also started on a new driveway and short retaining wall on the west side.
There will be a power outage to parts of the Village By The Creek shopping center on Saturday as the PUD relocates an existing transformer to a new spot in the parking lot.
